"In so many ways, we were lucky to get John Garlick Builders to construct our new home. When we started on our dream, we had no idea what difficulties lay ahead and how critical our choice of builder would prove to be! "The aim we had for the renovation/extension to our 1920’s bungalow was that, when we came home each evening, we would walk through the door and smile. John Garlick Builders have done just that for us. Kade and his team understood what we wanted and worked hard to do produce it. The process was very collaborative, with frequent discussions and options, and any issues that arose (as they do when working on older buildings), were invariably accompanied with a proposed solution.
